Gluten Free Bread Loaf


  • 1 heaped cup or 160g bread mix
  • 3g or 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp or 10g white sugar
  • 50ml sunflower oil
  • 1 cup or 220ml warm water

Preparation Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C
  2. Grease bread tin (20cm x 11cm) with sunflower oil
  3. Add water to a bowl, blend yeast and sugar through the water to activate the yeast
  4. Add premix, blend slowly for a minute until well combined
  5. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes, scraping the sides’ half-way through the mixing time
  6. Add oil and mix until it has been absorbed into the dough
  7. Scrape into a well-greased bread tin
  8. Prove for 50 minutes on top of the oven, covered with a damp dishcloth
  9. Baking time is approximately 45–55 minutes at between 220–225°C
